No sweat! Although we are here to try and help you create your content consistently with a strong content plan, we do understand that some months are more intense than others. If you don't use all your hours in a month, they will be rolled over to the next months for a maximum of three subsequent months. This is to keep consistency and avoid bottle-necking.All hours do however need to be used within the agreed to one year period, and will not roll over to the next year.
One shoot covers a maximum of 1 day of shooting at 12 hours.
Why 12 hours? Because health and safety of both our clients and our creators are of utmost importance to us. 12 hours is the maximum continuous time period that productions are allowed to be conducted according to global industry regulations.
Over and above the shooting period, all shoots include the following:- Photographer or Videography team.- Basic equipment such as lighting, cameras, sound and grips.- An in house studio location or at a client's offices/free locations they have usage permission for.
Additional costs can come in the form of all elements that are highly dependent on external suppliers such as:
- Additional locations that are not at our studio or at a client's offices/free locations they have usage permission for. These would be locations that are charged for separately.
- Cast & Talent that are charged for. Because of the massive variation of usage rights and cast/talent rates, these are charged for separately. We are however here to mange the entire process such as rate negotiations and contracts.
- Specialised equipment or personnel. All our shoots come with mostly everything you would need to create really strong visuals, however sometimes you may require specialised equipment such as a high frame rate slow motion camera or food stylist for example. Understandably, these are charged at a separate fee as they are added extras, and there are also varying rates according to who the professional is or what the specialised piece of equipment is.

If you are not 100% satisfied with what service you are receiving you can cancel the annual contract after the initial 3 months. No fuss, no regrets.
